Immaculate Conception Church has served Clinton Township and surrounding communities since 1864. To further meet the needs of this ever-growing community, the Church opened Immaculate Conception School in the fall of 2001. The school's enrollment consists of students from preschool through grade 8, serving all areas of Hunterdon County and parts of Warren County.

We are asking for your valued support of our efforts by donating merchandise or gift certificates from your company that can be auctioned at this event. You also may choose to purchase advertising space in the Ball Advertising Journal that will be distributed to the attendees of the event. The list of sponsors and donors will also be added to our website. In addition, if you would like to participate in another way, we are also offering a special sponsorship program as well. The details of this exclusive sponsorship are enclosed.

In exchange for your generous donation, your company's name and donation will be added to the listing of sponsors in the evening's advertising journal. We will also display your organization's catalogs, business cards or advertising materials next to your donation to promote sales for your company. With your help, we are confident we will be able to significantly enhance our children's educational programs. 

All contributions are tax-deductible and are indicated on the tax-exempt form, which can be furnished upon. request.
